PJMGC has a large team of structural engineers with a wide body of experience in analysis, design, detailing and specification in reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and timber for commercial, retail, industrial and residential structures. Cost-effective designs are produced promptly with the aid of powerful computer software such as Master Series design suite, STAAD Pro 9.0 and CAD RC software for detailing of R C Designs and Rebar schedule generation. We have a reputation for delivering exceptional structural design creativity, allowing Architectural flair in the creation of high quality built environments. Designing Cost effective and buildable value engineered structures is a core facet of our structural department. We have recently introduced the Revit & BIM (Building Information Modelling) - Tekla Structure.
PJMGC continuously strive to keep Sustainability at the heart of all our activities. We continuously look for new ideas and techniques to reduce the energy demands, use of water and production of waste of the buildings we design. PJMGC designs, details, specifies and compiles contract documentation for and supervises the construction of a wide range of civil engineering elements including foul sewers, surface water drains, SUDS attenuation devices, storage tanks and pumping chambers, retaining walls. Accurate modelling of foul sewer and surface water drainage networks, using MicroDrainage WinDes, provides cost-effective solutions to surface water attenuation problems in large and small catchments.
