PK MOVE is a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing the transformative power of parkour. We are a “gym-without-walls” going to our clients, most of whom have special training needs. Our flagship program is PK Silver, a parkour-based, fitness and falls prevention program for older adults. We are based in Alexandria, VA but are active in the DC Metro Area.
