Having come from network backgrounds, we found compliance structures for most mortgage networks were too far too rigid. In a nutshell, if something went wrong you would be left to hang.
Not with PKD, we wanted to set up a network whereby we have a NO fear culture within our advisor community.
We also have a no packager policy; you do all the business direct and earn more commission and, in the process, you will never de-skill yourself or limit your earning potential.
