We allow the freedom for you to actively write specialised lending businesses and establish your own direct relationships with bridging, commercial, and development finance providers. We have market-leading commissions payable to us for mortgage and protection and enhanced procuration fees payable with specialist lenders with many strategic partnerships built up over the years. Having come from network backgrounds, we found compliance structures for most mortgage networks were too far too rigid. In a nutshell, if something went wrong you would be left to hang. Not with PKD, we wanted to set up a network whereby we have a NO fear culture within our advisor community. We also have a no packager policy; you do all the business direct and earn more commission and, in the process, you will never de-skill yourself or limit your earning potential.
