Die Firma PKS entwickelt und produziert PU-Formschaumteile, sowie komplette Polsterbaugruppen. Die Teilegewichte dieser PU-Formschaumteilen bewegen sich zwischen ca. 40 - 3000 Gramm. Das Materialsystem
ist FCKW-frei und entspricht der Flammschutzverordnung "FMVSS 302" sowie dem "Federal Fire Standard of 117".
Unsere PU Formschaumteile finden überwiegend Anwendung in der Medizintechnik, wohin auch die Polsterbaugruppen (naht- und faltenfreien Polster) zu zählen sind. Die hierzu verwendeten PU-Formschaumteile stammen ausschließlich aus eigener Produktion.
