1. Guaranteed quality:
In addition to the inspections done by a third party named by the major customers, PL Towel will pay for the SGS to do QC in accordance with the AQL standard for 25% of the company's total orders every year. One of the purposes of this is to continuously deepen the quality control consciousness into the factory production managers’ mind.
We have a professionally trained QC team. Seven team members spend at least 20days a month in the four factories we cooperate with. They track at least 20 third-party inspections throughout the year. Very familiar with AQL testing standards for the towel products. With their supervision of each production process and daily report, the SGS AQL test pass rate of our company was as high as 97.5% in 2019
2. Guaranteed delivery time:
From the second half of 2015, the Chinese government has introduced a series of policies to protect the environment. One of which is: some factories need to limit their 30% -50% of production capacity on heavy pollution weather conditions. This policy leads to some uncertainty one the delivery time of international towel orders. PL Towel immediately took out some measurements to solve this problem.
Advice from PL Towel:
Do not go to a small sized towel factory unless you have your own QC on site. Due to lack of management, the owner of the small sized factory will spend most of his time working in the weaving machine, defect rate can be as high as 30%.
Do not think a big factory can solve all problems unless you have huge orders which can account for 1/10 of their capacity, because they have at least 2-3 such customers who need their priority always.
