Placement Committee, GLIM Chennai The Placement Committee at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai, is led by Dr. Balaji (Bala), Group Director of Corporate & Career Services (CCS), Head of the Placement Committee, and Chief of Industry-Academia Partnerships. Our committee plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the Corporate & Career Services (CCS) team and the student body. We are dedicated to guiding students through every step of the placement journey, from career grooming initiatives like group discussions, mock interviews and alumni interactions to the Career Acceleration Program (CAP), wherein we have sessions with industry leaders, helping them stay updated on the latest industry trends and expectations. These initiatives are designed to build confidence and ensure our students are well-equipped to meet the demands of top recruiters.
