It was established in 1988 with a broader vision toward holistic development in the agriculture sector. At present, it has six mandates, which include Training, Research, Consultancy, Education, Policy Advocacy, and International Programmes. CCS NIAM also offers an AICTE-approved 2-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri-Business Management) since 2001. Our strong global alumni base of 1000+ techno-managers, holding pivotal national and international positions in various sectors like Agri Inputs, Banking, Micro-Finance, Food Processing, Consulting, Commodities, Rural Development, and Agripreneurs, is a testament to NIAM's glory. The Corporate Relations and Placement Cell plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the corporate world and academics. The cell arranges 'Netritva,' a one-of-a-kind guest lecture series featuring industry experts from various sectors with extensive knowledge and experience, helping students gain real-time corporate insights. The cell also holds the responsibility of maintaining a robust network of corporate connections, bringing top-tier recruiters across industries and organizing placement drives on campus.
