Biggest challenge faced by a small IT Company and their recruiter is that they are not able to make their post reach to maximum number of candidates. Considering the fact the followers are less and they don't have regular openings to engage people regularly , the recruiter find challenge to hiring right candidate. On the other hand a suitable candidate who is right fit for particular organization is not able to see the post of new recruiter from small IT company. Only big time consultancies and Recruiters are able to genrate a large data base of participants, they data is although going waste as they are not reaching out to every participant also they are not circulating the data with other recruiters.
