Plan-AE is a management holding with two subsidiaries. Our activity includes: ▪ Internal IT The data network – comprising servers, BIM work stations and printing / scanning units – is managed internally by us, based on quality assurance routines that are tailored to our subsidiaries Plan-CT and Plan-ST. ▪ Administrative services We provide project administration, coordination of project teams, administration of tenders and coordination in the realisation phase: - Building applications, applications for planning permission, - Specification documents, - Cooperation with tendering, contract advise, - Managing the execution phase, - Assistance during utilisation & maintenance, - Assistance in the transformation / decommissioning phase. ▪ Compliance Plan-AE is broadly experienced in assessing project compliance with regards to building & planning regulations, norms, standards, HSE requirements, energy directives and environmental legislation. Furthermore we have expertise in the field of marine regulations for offshore power plants. ▪ Third-party quality assurance For external building projects, we provide independent quality control. This comprises auditing and reporting for projects. ▪ Project economy We provide quantity surveying for construction & public utility projects – including cost calculation, TCO analyses and feasibility assessments. ▪ Intellectual property We have experience analysing IP for the building, water and energy industries – in view of patenting innovative products. ▪ Social responsibility Plan-AE emphasises the ethically responsible implementation of projects. When accompanying projects, we attach great importance to transparency and social justice, so that the schemes to be realised will also benefit the more fragilely positioned members of society.
