We work with small and mid-sized manufacturers who traditionally plan and schedule projects, work orders and jobs on a whiteboard, shared email calendars or spreadsheets. PlanBoard is a solution which systematizes this process. We find that our clients typically gain the efficiency of about a full-time coordinator whose time can be spent on higher value business activities rather than reconciling calendars with other departments and systems.
