Plan 4 Estate offers a highly professional service in all matters relating to estate planning including will writing, inheritance tax advice and planning. Our director, Samir Shah, is a member of Society of Will Writers & Estate Planning Practitioners (SWWEPP) and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). This demonstrates we work to the highest professional standards, providing proactive advice and solutions that are tailored to the needs of our clients based both in the UK and overseas. Samir also owns and manages a very successful and growing firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors, Capitax Financial Ltd, since 2010. Therefore, to protect our clients we have a full and comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance in place that insures the work we do to a level of £2.5 million on each and every case.
