For almost 15 years, we have worked for print and online media, as well as publishers, research institutes, associations, NGOs, and private businesses. We are united by the desire to make decisions on an equal footing, to join forces and to create a form of solidarity in collaborations. We are committed to fair cooperation – within our team, with our clients, and with our collaboration partners. To achieve this, we focus on both content and organization. It is important for us to think actively and develop suitable solutions together. Our interests range from discrimination-sensitive imagery to gender-neutral language to inclusive forms of dissemination and a sustainable use of resources. We like to take on responsibility and proactively incorporate the issues we care about into the projects we are involved in. Instead of precarious conditions and competitive thinking, we advocate for a pleasant and self-determined work environment. We are always open to collaborations and look forward to new ideas, projects, and people.
