Vor mehr als 15 Jahren erkannte Herr Franciso Pfitsch Fuster die Notwendigkeit, den Kunden (Klienten, Bauherren) qualitativ hochwertige Bauleistungen anzubieten, und gründete die Firma Edificam S.L.
Planificam Europe S.L. wurde von drei Partnern gegründet, Francisco Pfitsch Fuster, Geschäftsführer des Bauunternehmens Edificam, Manel Avila, Geschäftsführer des Architekturbüros Avila Projects S.L. und Lothar Niederberghaus, vom Architektur-und Ingenieurbüro AGN, eines der großen und renommierten Planungsbüros in Deutschland.
