Planners on Purpose empowers ambitious event planners and professionals to stress less and live more through a journey of self-discovery. My name is Naomi Tucker, and I specialize in burnout, productivity, and career coaching. I help event professionals to find their balance between planning events, with the other "life" things that they juggle and enjoy outside of work. Why struggle with being stressed and overwhelmed all of the time, if there is a better way to balance your workload! Hard work doesn't always necessarily mean stressful work! I've been in the industry for over 25 years, and have had experience in event planning from working in hotels, to planning city-wide conventions. I've served on several committees and boards in the industry advocating for our planning professionals in the industry. As a planner, I've learned many tools and tips to navigate the planning process. However, while being subject to stress and overwhelm myself, I've created a framework that helps me in the times that I need it most, that I love to share with you and walk you through.
