The National Platform of Civil Society Organizations of Cameroon (PLANOSCAM) is a coalition of organizations working to defend and promote human rights, as well as to encourage citizen participation in development and governance processes in Cameroon. Established to strengthen the role of civil society, PLANOSCAM is dedicated to mobilizing geographical, thematic, and sectoral networks for broader and deeper citizen engagement.
