Initiatives include:
• School Cafeterias — Supporting and guiding student groups who wish to work within their schools for more sustainable dining.
• Crowdsourcing — Diners help other diners find sustainable restaurants while generating a database useful to municipalities.
• Free Consultations — Available to restaurants interested in "profitable pathways to going green".
In the future, supermarkets and circular reuse systems for corporate canteens, senior living facilities, and restaurant to-go orders may come into scope.
