Diet & Nutrition Advise As a certified holistic nutritionist behind Plateful Nutrition, I help my clients optimise their diet and nutrition, lose excess weight or simply improve their daily menu according to nutritional needs. I focus on the connection between mind, body and spirit and offer holistic corporate workshops for companies who want to implement healthy eating strategies for their employees or offer education on how to stay well nourished during the office hours. Healthy Cooking Workshops and Wellness Events I organize healthy cooking workshops on a regular basis, and also offer cooking and nutrition classes for companies and private individuals. Corporate cooking classes are a great way to show your employees you care about their health and well being, and create stronger bonds and team spirit. We cook together with all participants, which adds to more fun and hands-on learning.
