Platform LLC

Platform LLC is a specialty construction subcontractor that provides all of the trades required to bring a building from the ground up to grade and to the podium. It’s what we call the Platform portion of the building, and it’s our sole focus. We self-perform Structural Concrete, Site Concrete and Waterproofing, and can provide and coordinate Excavation, Sheeting and Shoring, Demolition, and Sitework services. We hold a 12 Point Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) designation from the District of Columbia and are pending Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification in Maryland.
