Plato Estates Limited is a second generation family business that actively manages, trades and invests in various commercial properties within circa 100 miles of our base in Chesham Buckinghamshire.
We own and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties and are always looking for property to acquire . We will buy, refurbish, develop and let any type of commercial property within the South East of England.
We have proven experience in specialist automotive sectors including car dealerships, tyre & exhaust units, trade counter, car washes and petrol stations.
We have worked with large occupier tenants including Tesco Stores, Pendragon, BMW/Mini, Texaco, Shell, Co-Op, HSS Tool Hire & IMO/Arc Car Washes.
We also have experience relating to inland waterside properties adjacent to rivers & canals for both commercial & leisure use and have previously worked with British Waterways / Canal & Rivers Trust & others regarding canal side boat moorings & marinas
