Plàudite Theater is a project of social transformation through the Performing Arts. He has been active since 1998 in the periphery of Barcelona, with artistic residence in the most dense city in Europe: Hospitalet de Llobregat, a diverse city where more than 80 different languages are spoken.
It works in several areas:
1. Performing Arts School: from 4 to 90 years. It promotes the artistic and creative development of citizenship, providing positive emotional and social values that promote social cohesion and empathy, integration and respect for difference.
2. Community and Social Theatre: Projects of social integration and transformation in environments of vulnerability, in areas of Education, Health (physical and emotional), with particular attention and respect for diversity, inclusion, gender, participation, and co-creation.
3. Educational Service: acting as a bridge between the educational centers and the municipal theater.
4. Training for professionals.
