Play Orbit Studio

Play Orbit Studio designs poetic, insight-driven products, specializing in healthcare, office, and high-end home furnishings. We design strategies for design-driven organizational transformation, systems-based interventions to address wicked problems, and provide creative direction to brands. The studio was founded by Von Robinson. Von has over 25 years of experience designing for a global client base that includes Moroso, Kwalu, Steelcase, IDÉE Japan, Rado Watch Co, Estel srl, Hamilton Watch Co, Estee Lauder, and Island Def Jam Records. Von trained with Eva Zeisel and brings the spirit of her "playful search for beauty" to every project we take on. We bring a playful approach to a rigorous insight-driven design methodology.
