-Who We Are- PlayDate is the brainchild of a Singaporean mother of 5 young children, who simply feels that a child’s joyful childhood should never be compromised in the pursuit of academic excellence. That said however, she also strongly believes that to have a meaningful childhood, literacy too, should not be sidelined. Thus, the idea PlayDate Singapore was born. A playdate is known to many as a special occasion arranged for children to play with together. And what better way to deepen your child's love for reading then through playing and exploring with friends! At PlayDate Singapore, "Books Come Out to Play" through our myriad of activities conducted both outdoors and indoors. Our team of teachers and assistant teachers are selected based on first and foremost their passion for kids and their credentials. Best of all, as the name suggests, at PlayDate we provide an opportunity for parents to mingle around with each other, while bonding with their children in meaningful play and learning.
