I’m here to help you find your voice. As the director of Player One Start, I aim to help you unlock your hidden potential and empower you with meaningful and impactful communication skills. Journey and background: My journey as a Communication & Confidence Coach began with the challenge of finding my own voice and overcoming my fears to speak up in high-pressure environments. I realised that I needed to overcome my fear of being heard, judged, and rejected in the workplace. My insecurities were fuelled by self-doubt, missed opportunities, and past traumas which caused me to question my competency in my chosen career and purpose. Determined to overcome these challenges, I realised I needed to first understand myself so that I could connect effectively and meaningfully with others. I dove deep into improving my interpersonal communication skills, engaged in numerous personal development and mentorship programs, facilitated in-person and digital workshops, and took keen interest in mastering the art of public speaking. With perseverance and a passion for people, I saw the need to make these skills transferrable. My experience as a workplace training and coaching professional, provided me with the opportunity to develop and refine a range of practical techniques that could be used to improve engagement, sales and communication in the workplace. This sparked a deeper desire to guide and teach others how to achieve the same life-changing transformation for themselves in a way that is customisable, supportive and judgement-free.
