Imagine your life was a theatrical performance. Every day, you perform multiple roles on various stages – employee, manager, sibling, parent, caretaker, partner, the good friend, the overachiever, the cat lady, etc. -- and you’re unconsciously performing lines from scripts about how you think you should act, who you think you are, and what you think you’re capable of. So the question is: are you enjoying the show?
With development coaching, I help folks who are feeling stuck take the controlling seat in the director’s chair, revise the scripts, and practice new performances in life and leadership. Ideal for folks who are open to creative expression, my experiential approach weaves together core energy coaching and applied improvisation to play with both what’s present and what’s possible. The results: Tremendous growth and more ease, joy, creativity, and purpose.

People-centric leaders know that authentic and trusting relationships are the foundation of both team happiness and effectiveness. Fostering team connection is always an ongoing effort, which the pandemic made more complex with unanticipated hybrid work. Many teams are feeling disconnected, tired, and burned out.
I bring my experience as a team leader, facilitator, and improviser to:

➡ Consult with leaders and fellow facilitators who want to infuse intentional play into their workshops or offsites
These fun & experiential sessions (virtual or in-person) create space for vulnerability, joy, and shifting into a collaborative "yes, and" mindset that supports solving longer-term challenges ahead.
