The concept has taken inspiration from Eric Ries’ The Lean Startup, and Playing Lean 1 has been developed in collaboration with Ash Maurya.
For Playing Lean 2, we have partnered up with Alexander Osterwalder, and used the Value Proposition Canvas - a great tool for understanding the needs of your customers and designing the products and services they want.
