One thing having young children allowed us to discover is not only how much they love technology but just how quickly they can understand and use it but often this is in a negative way. Many hours spent on frivolous, repetitive and addictive games which offer no benefit in the learning process, we wanted to change all that.
What we do
What we wanted to do was take some of the best available learning games and books and enable them for some of the latest devices, iPhone’s, iPad’s, iPod Touch’s and Android based phones. Whist we understand the current value of many of these games and books is the interactive experience of the child and parent there will be a large number of times when it is not possible for the parent to be fully involved, a car journey for example. On these occasions we wanted our children to use their time productively whilst still having fun and to make it simple for both parent and child to use. What could be simpler than taking a game they know and love and enable that on a device that may already be in your possession.
