POWER LINKS CONTRACTING CO LTD (PLCC) was established as a Limited Liability Company in the second half of 2014, for providing local installation and testing services to the Electrical High Voltage power transmission sector, especially specialized in underground cable system services. However, the technical collaborators and associates of the Company has been in operation as the High Voltage Division, under the former Saudi Sponsor Al Harthi & Partners (and later on with the changed name of Spectrum Engineering & Contracting Co) since the last quarter of 2012 and has successfully delivered several services sub-contract for almost all the major Main Contractors and Large International manufacturers / Contractors. This commercial entity, namely Power Links Contracting Co Ltd is a 100% Saudi Nationals owned, Limited Liability partnership Company, and is an associate of a well established group of Companies in the nearby Gulf Countries comprising of: PLQ Contracting LLC Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Power links International Co LLC Sultanate of Oman. The Company operates under the Chairmanship of Mr Mohammed Abdullah Al Abdul Wahid with the technical collaboration and support of the other Group companies from UAE, Sultanate of Oman and Bahrain. The Powerlinks group of Companies have been growing and expanding their operations since 2007, having initially set up in Dubai UAE as PLQ Contracting LLC, and since then progressively, have established in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates, & Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman.
