Our team of Security Officers are carefully selected for each individual Customer. When selecting staff for individual Contracts our aim is always to provide a well balanced and professional TEAM who will, at all times, represent our Customers and the Company in a mutually beneficial way. Our selection process is demanding and the rejection rates are high but this process provides our Customers with Officers in whom they can feel totally confident. When staff are transferred into our employ under the current TUPE regulations, we are always careful to assess any training and development needs that they may have and to address those needs as part of the Contact lead in period.
Pledge Security Ltd will ensure that it has employed sufficient Security Officers to fulfil our contractual obligations and sufficient supervisory / management staff to manage day and night assignments and to make regular visits to your site(s).
