Pleggi

Pleggi's aim is to assess job applicants through a set of short online games that measure cognitive and personality traits. We are combining science and technology to collect valuable behavioral data for better matching job candidates with employers. In terms of problem-solving, our product is trying to reduce the subjective and bias pre-selection recruiting decisions based mainly on applicants’ CV and not so much on their skills, true potential and to what extent they actually fit for a certain position.
