Plexus Health

Plexus Health is a non-profit community-based organization. Under the guidance of a local Board of Directors, we have been providing health care and pharmacy assistance since 1993. Whether you need same-day sick visits or routine care, we have certified, dedicated and compassionate staff ready to provide you with the best health care available. We offer a full range of primary health care services and an onsite private pharmacy. We welcome new patients, and our bilingual staff is ready to provide translation for Spanish speaking patients.
