PLM - JCOR is a duly accredited academic organization of PLM which aims to develop harmony and competitiveness in the real estate industry, and uphold ethical standards that will be useful for a prospective career in the real estate industry. VISION The Junior Chamber of Realtors is an academic organization addressing excellence towards common welfare between students and real estate professionals inside and outside the institution. It envisions its members to become holistic individuals, imposing social responsibility in the pursuit of professionalism, and to become locally effective and globally competitive, of the sustained and unified association. MISSION The Junior Chamber of Realtors is an academic organization formed with different yet interconnected purposes and objectives. The organization aims to disseminate information regarding the real estate industry, maintain and sustain the unity between the organization and other students, expand the organization’s connections from inside and outside of the university, cultivate students with competent skills and excellence, and produce individuals who can become effective leaders of their community, industry, and country.
