The company was founded in the 1950's by Thomas and Bernice Plumb, initially as a market business. In the 1960’s, their son, Geoff Plumb, developed the business into a mail order company specialising in a niche market of stretch furniture covers. Plumbs is still owned and run by the same family that established the company over 60 years ago. Today there are multiple generations of the Plumb family working within the business across all areas of Marketing, Sales and Production and our core values are very much reflected in the friendly service and high levels of personal commitment exhibited by all our staff.
