Plural Holdings was founded in 2012 in the United States by seasoned professionals from the international financial sector. The firm is headquartered in New York, with offices in Miami, Chicago, Orlando, and Lisbon, and it provides innovative and customized investment and financial solutions to a global client base. The group is composed of four companies and one division, each with its own identity, yet complementary, namely: Plural Securities (www.pluralsecurities.us) – A New York-based brokerage firm providing access to global capital markets, is a member of FINRA, NFA, and SIPC, and is regulated by the SEC. Plural Markets (www.pluralmarkets.com) – A Lisbon-based investment firm offering brokerage, investment advisory, and portfolio management. Regulated by CMVM and part of the European System of Financial Supervision (ESFS). Plural Gestora de Ativos (www.pluralga.com) – A Lisbon-based venture capital management company focused on income-generating and long-term value funds. Also regulated by CMVM and is part of the ESFS. Plural Advisors (www.pluraladvisors.us) – A Miami-based advisory and wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals and families. Plural Corporate – A division dedicated to Strategic Advisory for Investments and Structured Operations through the provision of specialized consulting services for institutional, corporate, and private investors with strategic interests in real estate, industry, financial services, and structured operations.
