We acquire added value properties and rehabilitate them as well as build from the ground up. At my last company, Gibraltar, we put together a portfolio of nearly $150 Million in properties using this model. I have streamlined it for my new company, and our goal is to put together a portfolio of $75 Million over the next five years.
