We are a diverse team of individuals from various backgrounds and nationalities who have come to deeply embrace and love Germany. Whether through marriage, heritage, or personal choice, understanding our Wahlheimat (chosen homeland) has become one of our most meaningful missions over the years. Through our journey, we discovered that the word "selbstverständlich" (self-evident) reveals much about the German way of life—things that, for outsiders, are far from obvious. This realization sparked our exploration of cultural differences and deepened our understanding and love for Germany. Our website is dedicated to providing valuable resources for anyone navigating their migration journey, at any stage. At its heart, our mission remains clear: building bridges between nations and fostering cultural understanding.
