Peter & Istvan started their property journeys by utilising high cash flowing strategies such as Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) and Serviced Accommodation (SA,) initially acquiring their properties using the Rent to Rent model.
Having experienced both steep learning curves and quick successes, between them they have built up a substantial portfolio of HMO’s and SA’s. Furthermore, they have moved into other strategies such as ‘BRR’ and attracted many investors along the way.
