We have developed a mathematical approach that calculates the potential rent of all properties for sale in Switzerland based on the local average rental price per m2. By factoring in property charges, mortgage charges and an equity ratio of 30%, we can determine the potential net return.
The acquisition process includes the visit of the property, due diligence, negotiation, financing, notarial signature, search and installation of tenants.
