Property Management Castors SA was created in 2001 to answer the specific needs of Blandonnet International Business Center (BIBC) in Vernier, Geneva. The complex grew to become headquarters to many multinational and Swiss companies, housing approximately 5000 people on site. As a company created by real estate developers, we understand that efficient maintenance is key to preserving the value of assets through time.
