The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) is a professional, non-stock, not-for-profit organization of more than 2,500 member companies and individual executives engaged in people management, human resources, labor policy reforms and industrial relations. Established in 1956, PMAP continues its commitment to advance sound people management and human capital development through research, trainings, advocacies, programs, and representations in different institutions and policy discussions.
With 29 Chapters throughout the Philippines, PMAP encourages local participation if national affiliation is geographically difficult. In fact, what further enhances PMAP’s solid reputation as a national association is the dynamism of its local chapters, proven by the success of their respective programs and projects.
