Project Management Considerations, LLC

My name is Ken Riches. During my career, serving in various roles with different companies, the importance of leadership, versus managing, became apparent. For the last twenty five plus years, my passion has been project management and leadership. In 2017 I founded Project Management Considerations, LLC. Working with smaller organizations, it became clear that project management was only part of the tool kit that was required to be an effective leader. In 2021, I started a Solutions Leadership Membership site that focuses on sharing as professionals and providing mentoring/coaching. I am inspired by the progress our members have made; helping each other and themselves be more effective leaders. Leaders need to expand their decision-making toolbox. They need tools that allow for a rapid situation assessment so they can make a decision (right or wrong), then adapt that decision as it plays out in the real world. While much of what we do in coaching you could probably achieve on your own, coaching accelerates the process, provides accountability and support AND helps you to remain focused and to consistently show up!
