PM Consulting Group was founded in 2017 by industry veteran Chad Christian. After spending 17 years in the industry in all levels of positions from entry level leasing to corporate executive, Christian decided to start a full service consulting company to assist owners and management companies with an increase to the bottom line. Christian is a local, state, and two-time national award winner, an NALP, CAM, and CAPS credential holder through NAAEI as well as an ARM designation holder and CPM candidate through IREM. Christian currently is a facilitator for NALP and CAM credential courses, as well as leasing 101 for the Houston Apartment Association Christian has experience with all types of properties, from conventional, tax credit and ranging from A product to value-add and renovations. Christian has worked with some of the countries largest management firms, and holds a vast array of experience to help your business grow the bottom line.
