Our company is headquartered in southern Germany. Founded in 2004 by Wolfgang Proksch, designer of the brands, it is now led by his daughter, Natalie Proksch, in the second generation. Through strong partnerships, the company has experienced significant growth over the past 20 years. We specialize in marketing, consulting, design, production, and OEM development. Our brands- --ByWP-- The brand ByWP was first launched at MIDO 2004. Wolfgang Proksch, the designer of the brand, is represented by his initials (by)WP in this unique eyewear line. Our products are made of high-grade wafer-thin durable stainless steel, cutted and formed in shape. They are featured with technical details for ultimate functions and their lightness grants highest comfort. Cellulose Acetate, a biological material, we are using to reach a different expression in haptics and aesthetics. To reach an outstanding result we are working with latest technologies combined with handcrafted processes. --OXY-- Oxygen - a sublime of ByWP - are probably the most simple glasses in the world of their kind. Extremely slim and featherlight with a clear design approach. ByWP multiply won the most recognized and influencing awards for excellent design such as GOOD DESIGN, if-award, Red dot and German Design Award. --Wolfgang Proksch-- Wolfgang Proksch has existed as a brand since the 1980s, and was renamed at the beginning of the millennium from PROKSCH'S to WOLFGANG PROKSCH which is protected worldwide. Standing for clearly defined luxury, innovation, modernity and value, the brand is visually characterized by photography of facial characters which radiate self-confidence, imply authenticity, strength and success, and cognitively evoke the emotions which WP consciously postulates. Black-and-white shots dominate and underscore the message without any distractions.
