The Department of Public Mental Health transforms evidence from social epidemiology into innovative mental health services. Our goal is to promote resilience and prevent mental health problems. We develop and evaluate tailored (mobile) health interventions that extend beyond clinical settings to reach individuals in their daily lives. Utilizing innovative methods and technologies, such as app-based experience sampling, ecological momentary interventions, and physiological sensors, we set new standards in mental health care.
