We specialize in supporting organizations who lack specific experience, or require temporary support and expertise augmentation to scope, organize and implement projects, manage budgets, and perform contract reviews / negotiations. We are a small business, focusing our attention on specific technology and biomedical project needs that can include very narrow or broad, enterprise level scope. We provide individualized services and approaches to each unique business need. We leverage a base toolset and methodology, however, can quickly adapt and adopt any client’s unique process, toolset, methodology or need.
