Originally founded in 1983, PMP Utilities has over 30 years’ experience of safe working in high risk confined spaces; providing bespoke engineering solutions and becoming renowned for its ability to generate new and innovative solutions to often complex and difficult, ‘one-off’ mechanical engineering problems.
PMP’s new headquarters and facilities contain an engineering machine shop and large fabrication floor areas which enable them to fabricate their own temporary works and plan work methods around the most practical and cost-effective approach.
In addition, the purpose built building houses mobilisation and training areas, defined storage for stocks of the AMEX-10 Pipeline Repair Systems, storage for the rope access and confined space rescue equipment, including a compressed air unit for in-house BA servicing, as well as modern welfare areas for the 25 strong operational team.
