After many years as the head of a successful textiles business, Mike Wrigley now leads the family-run commercial property company from bespoke offices they have built on the Airfield Industrial Estate in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, in 2012. PMW Property has also recently acquired property further afield in Cheshire. The company undertake both large and small scale refurbishment work to their acquisitions whilst also constructing speculative new-build units. A successful policy of purchase and lease-back has helped to revitalise some clients’ businesses by providing a much-needed injection of funds to help with product development and company growth in a period when outside investment has been hard to come by.
