Complex milling operations both front and back can be performed in single setup.Gear Hobbing of spur gears from modules 0.05mm to 0.7mm in Steel and Brass with accuracy up to DIN 7 is undertaken.Highly precise machines of Injection molding and material used are PPS Peek Stanyl Arnitel Arnite.Highly precise sheet metal and stamping.All moulds and press tools made in-house using precise Swiss Tool room machinery.Electroplating of Gold Nickel Tin Copper Chrome done in-house.Finishing operations of Hardening (Stainless Steel Steel) Polishing honing and Center less grinding are also done to give ready to assemble parts.Infrastructure image-buildingWe have two manufacturing facilities with covered area more than 100000 sq. foot located in Himachal Pradesh India. We have Swiss made CNC machines alongwith a huge setup of conventional machines. We are capable of making components in tolerance range of 6-8 microns. Our main strength is our special skilled manpower involved in design production quality tool room and supporting processes.We are an ISO 9001-2008 certified company and work with full traceability in our production so that end products can be traced back to each process and Raw Material source. For support operations there are sister companies that have facilities of Micro Injection Moulding Watch Movement manufacture Sheet Metal work Electroplating and the support of a sophisticated Tool Room with a wide array of Swiss Machines suitable for making most injection Moulds and Sheet Metal Progressive Tools. Initially it began as a turning shop with Cam type Swiss Sliding Headstock machines. Gradually Gear Hobbing and Press operations were started and by 1975 Pinions was supplying the full array of parts like Assembled Wheels Winding Stems Clicks and other parts that a watch repairer requires. After 1980 P A Pinions started making pointer shafts for dashboard indicators of the automotive industry and continues to do so till today. Over the past 5 years P A Pinions started to make gears for the micromotor industry and more recently turn-mill parts for the dental instrument industry.
