Perfect Vision Inspection system 1.R&D center We founded the R&D center in 1999 and composed of the highest influential person of Doctor and Master grade . Also we do the development and produced as own technique including mechanism design for the inspection machine manufacture, design of various controllers, inspection, operating software, and lighting design. 2. Technical Training Center (Internal engineer training) We run a technology training center. three or more times a week, and has implemented technical education about the operating system of inspection machine to employees in order to support them who joined newly to be able to adapt quickly. 3. Technology training and seminar for Customer We invite the customer & overseas agency representative and technicians in March, May annually, doing the training and share the new and upgraded technology. As the stable training, we have treated the problem and service from overseas customer instantly. By the overseas customer’s request, Our agents are doing the training to customers about machine operation, maintenance periodically. And we have a good reputation to Customers. 4. Domestic & Overseas exhibition Not only domestic market(2~3 times/year), we participate in many overseas exhibition about food, beverage, packing, machine 2 times a year. we always try to expand overseas market. By now we have participated in Guangzhou/ Beijing/ Shanghai exhibition, Japan Pack exhibition, Thai Propak exhibition annually. we are ready to attend the exhibition in India, Central Africa, Middle East, Europe. 7. Machine parts check and assembling, wiring(B1F) When the parts is received, check the quality first, assemble with the normal goods immediately. We have many equipment for quality checking. As assembling in clean circumstance, We could make the quality upgrade. 8. Commissioning tests Inspector(1st Floor) we have a preform orientator, cap machine, conveyor for bottle inspector.
