Poblano South is a TexMex food pop up specializing in smash burgers. We incorporate chorizo into our burger patties, all made by hand, to deliver a punch of flavor different than 99% of burgers out there.
Our signature item is the RIZO Smash Burger...We grind beef brisket & chuck and mix that with pork chorizo to make our patty. It comes with caramelized onions, bread & butter pickles and a homemade dijonaise on gochujang buttered potato bun.
We attend farmers markets, festivals & often hired for private events.
