About Pocklingtons Bakery

Pocklingtons was established in 1924 by Cyril Pocklington the 3rd youngest of 14 children of Louth Miller, James Pocklington. Pocklington's Bakery is still family owned. Currently Cyril's grandson, Christopher & his wife Tina, run the business. Hollie, their daughter also works full time and can often be seen in the Louth shop. Chris Jr often works in the bakery and is becoming a skilled baker himself.
